What We Learned Today...October 4th

ELA: This morning we started the day out with a silent period before learning about the Myth of Hades and Persephone, which helped the ancient Greeks explain why we have seasons.  In order to get a deeper understanding, we needed to head to the basement while reading this myth!

Religion: The students continued working on their Ten Commandments assignment.

Math: Students were given the entire period to finish up the textbook assignment from yesterday and begin working on the 3.1 handout.

Health: Today we learned about different eating disorders as well the connection between Body Image and Self-Esteem.

Farewell Party:  We had a Karaoke farewell party for one of the Bresciani Bunch who will be leaving us this weekend.  We will definitely miss you and wish you all the best!
